11 DecHaving loose skin should NOT hinder your decision to better your health and your life! Depending on how you lose weight will determine if you become flabby. The best way to prevent this is to workout focusing your attention on Muscle Toning. LADIES NOTE: Using weight will NOT bulk you up so you end up looking like a man. Muscle Toning like yoga will tighten your body and give you shape.
Another benefit to Muscle Toning is this: If you don’t muscle tone will will only look like a smaller version of what you currently look like. So if you are pear shape you’ll look like a smaller pear. Muscle toning will tighten your stomach, give you beautiful shoulder and arms. And let’s not forget how fabulous your legs will look!

Believe it or not but the body needs enough rest each night to function properly. The amount of rest each individual needs every night differs, however the average adult needs approximately 7-8 hours of sleep each night to restore their body with the energy it needs to handle all of the demands of living each day. However, most individuals cut back on their sleep to pack more activities into their day. Unfortunately, this runs the body down allowing more viruses and diseases to attack the body because the immune system is not functioning as well as it should. Then, the individual gets sick and misses days or even weeks of all of those important activities. When you get enough rest your body runs as it should and your immune system is stronger and able to fight off infections more easily. continue reading
Sex, Lies, and Procastination
20 OctMy apologizes for disappearing over the weekend; I officially burned myself out. Saturday all I did was sleep which isn’t something I do easily. As a matter of fact, a fire broke out three houses down but it wasn’t enough to get me out of bed. Literally, that’s all I did…sleep.
A word from the wise: in the middle of losing weight, looking fierce, work, play, house work and everything else inbetween, don’t forget to take time out for you. Sleep at least 8 hours a night (if possible), when you’re given a day off use it to your advantage to rest and enjoy yourself.
Burning out is painful. It’s depressing and scary. Your body ignores your brain. Your shuts down and you become very emotional. We are not machines but people. People need time out.
Please take time out for yourself.
My Workout Routine for Wed Oct 15th
15 OctLeg Day!
100 squats (no weights / 50 for left leg, 50 for right)
100 squats with weights (goal: start off with 50 pounds work my way up to 100 / 50 squats for left leg, 50 for right)
50 Dead Lifts (40 pounds)
do 16 sets of each exercise.
